Shopping, accounts and enquiries
Information you provide when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us is used to operate those services. This can include contact details, delivery addresses, order information and enquiry content. Product requests and reference images are stored privately for our team to respond.
Payments and delivery
Payment processing involves PayPal and, where offered, its payment-method providers. Delivery requires relevant recipient and parcel details to be shared with the services handling the shipment. Do not submit full payment credentials through contact or product request forms.
Necessary browser storage
Your privacy choice is saved for up to 180 days. A necessary shopping-bag session remembers selected products for up to 30 days. Account sign-in uses a separate session. Shipping-country, currency and saved-product preferences are saved across visits only when you allow Remember my choices; otherwise these preferences stay in page memory.
Optional website statistics
Anonymous website statistics are enabled only with your permission and use self-hosted Umami. They can include page visits, approximate country or region, traffic sources, searches and product interactions. Search terms resembling contact details are omitted. We do not enable advertising pixels or session recordings. Raw statistics are retained for up to 90 days, with rotating operational backups for up to 14 additional days.
Your choices and questions
Use Cookie Settings in the footer to change optional storage and analytics permissions. Choices apply to each browser and device. Contact us to ask about access to, correction or removal of your information; order and transaction records may need separate review. These browser-storage periods do not describe retention for every business record.
